- SASufi AbdullahMay 11, 20261.0Today I visited the Sunglass Hut store at Meadowhall Sheffield to exchange my Ray-Ban sunglasses, and unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. There was only one staff member attending customers, which I understand can happen, but I waited around 30 minutes without even being asked why I was there or being told that I would be attended shortly. A simple acknowledgement or request to wait would have been appreciated. After spending a long time serving other customers who eventually didn’t purchase anything, I was finally attended. The lack of communication and customer care left me highly disappointed. Because of this experience, I would not visit this store again and unfortunately I would not recommend it to others either.
